Shipping
All weight loss injections and medication are dispensed directly from our US-based pharmacy in accordance with cold-chain transportation. It is packed by a dispenser in discreet packaging using the correct insulated materials and ice gel backs to ensure it reaches you at the correct temperature range. It is shipped to your given address using a tracked service for next-day delivery.
We aim to approve and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. To comply with cold-chain requirement, orders are shipped Monday to Saturday in order to reach you within 24-48 hours. For example, if you place an order on Saturday 12pm, it may be dispatched on Monday the following week and delivered to you.

- USA Mainland Weekday delivery: $29.90
(Dispatched Monday to Friday via next-day tracked delivery service. Dispatch is not guaranteed on the same or next day of placing your order). - Canada: $49.50
(Two-day delivery service)
Orders will have to be signed for, so please ensure someone is at your given shipping address to receive the order on the day of delivery. Prime Weight Loss Clinic will not be liable for any replacements due to missed deliveries. If your parcel is returned back to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts, we will not issue a replacement or refund.
If you would like your order shipped at a particular day then do let us know by email and we would be happy to dispatch it on another day.
Deliveries are to the US & Canada only. Due to legal and logistical reasons, we do not ship medication outside the US & Canada.
